Return Policies

Conditions for Returns: 

Wilfordshoes.com will replace a product or issue a store credit to the customers if the product is delivered with one of these 2 conditions.

Wrong product - If you received a wrong product due to our shipping mistake, please notify us within  1-2 working days and we will arrange for you to return the incorrect product (at our expense) and we will ship you the correct product or issue store credit (including shipping charges).


Defective Product - If you received a defective product, please notify us within 1-2 working day and we will assign a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for you to return the product (at our expense) back to us. After we have examined and confirmed the defective product we will ship out a replacement to you right away.

Procedure to file for Returns: 

If your products meet one of the conditions above, you have 2 working days after you have received your merchandise to file for a return. 

You can request a RMA number by sending an email to enquiries@wilfordshoes.com or fill in our        Online Case Form with the following information: 

Your name 

Your phone number 

Your billing address 

Your e-mail address 

Your original order number 

Reasons for returning the item 

After you have received your return authorization number please include a copy of your invoice and your RMA number. Please also write the RMA NUMBER on the outside of the packaging. 

NO Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Any refused shipment sent back to Wilfordshoes.com does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. The customer will have to make arrangements with Wilfordshoes.com to receive the refused shipment again.
  • Any returned shipment without the proper RMA# does not constitute the right to a refund or credit and will be refused by Wilfordshoes.com.
  • No returns will be accepted after 14 days of delivery, regardless of reasons.
  • We will not accept returns aside from wrong or defective products. We will not accept returns if you do not like the looks or quality of the products.
  • Any unauthorized returns that are submitted that is not considered either to be a defect or incorrect style shipped, will be charged a restocking fee of 15% and the return shipping costs will be our customer’s responsibility. In this situation we will not refund shipping costs.
