Sale Policies

We strongly suggest for you to review and understand our sales policy before you place your order.


Cancellation - A request to cancel sales order must be submitted either by phone/e-mail no later than 24 hours after the order is placed. During this period, if an order has not yet been sent to the warehouse for processing yet then we can cancel the order. However, due to the high cost of fulfilment and restocking operations, if the order has already gone into the processing period but before shipping then ANY cancellation (including orders containing pre-sale items )  will incur a 3% cancellation fee of the total amount. We advise our customers to please make sure you identify the products that you wish to purchase, as well as their availability before completing the transaction. Any cancellation of a Pre-Sale order will incur a 3% cancellation fee due to credit card transaction fee.


Back Order/Out of stock items - Please note that due to our large selection of products and rapid overturn rate, it is not possible at times, for us to fulfil 100% of the order. The missing items are either out of stock or have backorder/discontinued status. We will ship out whatever we have in stock and will ONLY charge on the products that we will ship out. If it is pre-sale or back ordered item, you will be charged for the items & shipping cost first. The reason we require pre-payment for such items is because there is a possibility that there are styles that are already oversold prior to the receiving of containers. By pre-paying, we can reserve the pre-sale/backordered items you have ordered, even it has over-sold.


Special/Custom Order - Special or custom order requested by the customer will not be refundable or exchangeable unless product is damaged during transit. Order with special order status will be relayed to the customer for approval prior to processing.


Pre-Sale items - In order to provide the latest and the trendiest fashion products to our customers we often offer Pre-Sale items. These are items that are still in the manufacturing stage but we will like to give our customers a chance to reserve them before they become available.

*Note: if you place an order that includes both in-stock and pre-sale items, we will charge the total amount and ship the in-stock item(s) first. The pre-sale item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as they become available.


Product Condition - All products are examined and sold NEW to our customers. We work closely with our suppliers and warehouses to get the latest and newest product to you. Please note that the package box may be sometime distorted due to shipping conditions beyond our control.


Order Processing - It takes about 1 business day to process your order. We will make every attempt to ship your items on the same day you placed the order if they are in stock. Your shipping methods will apply after we have processed your order. For large orders, we may utilize common freight carriers instead. Delays may occur due to backordered, out-of-stock, or discontinued status.


Order Status - Order status are updated on an ongoing basis. "Pending" means that the order has not been approved for processing yet.  We will need to verify some information such credit card verification, shipping cost estimation, payment information, etc. before we can approve the order.  "Processing" means that we have sent your order to the warehouses for processing.  "Dispatched" means we have packed your order and it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
