Wholesale Account Terms and Conditions


All prices and discounts are subject to change without notice. Possession of Wilford Shoes Limited Wholesale Price Guide, Discount Structure Sheet, or Catalogue does not constitute an offer to sell any items listed.



Prices do not include freight charges. All merchandise will be shipped by the fastest, most economical method available, unless otherwise requested or instructed. Actual shipping charge will be communicated to the buyer before product is shipped. If your shipping charge shows 0.00 for your order, it means your shipping cost will be calculated after the order is placed. We will obtain confirmation from you with the shipping cost via email/phone/fax before processing an order.


Returned Cheques

If a cheque is returned for any reason, a £15 service charge will be made payable by our customer.


Refused Shipments

Any shipments returned "REFUSED" for any reason will be permanently dropped as a distributor and no further shipments will be made. Any refused shipments sent back to WILFORD SHOES Limited does not constitute the right to a refund or credit.



For wholesale purchase orders, cancellation notice must be submitted either by fax/email no later than 2 hours after the order is placed. During this period if an order has not been sent to the warehouse for processing yet then we can cancel the order.


Forthcoming Items

In order to provide the latest and the most trendy fashion products to our customers we offer forthcoming items. These are the items that are still in the manufacturing stage but we will like to give our customers a chance to reserve them before they become available. Note: Please do not place an order with both presale and regular items in it as it will delay the delivery of the regular in stock items. For Forthcoming items you will be charged when you place your order for these items, this is to make sure that we reserve these for you so that you don’t miss out these products and that they are delivered to you straight after we have received them in our stock.



All merchandises are packed carefully and correctly utilizing our detailed quality control check method before they leave our facility. Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier. All claims for damaged or loss to your shipment must be made with the carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and packing material for carrier inspection. Claims for shortage of items or damaged shipments must be made within 1-2 working days of receipt.



All merchandise sold by WILFORD SHOES Limited is subject to manufacturers warranty; we will replace or raise credit notes for any defective product at no cost to the customer. No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customers abuse, negligence, and/or mishandling. Customer will be responsible for shipping and handling fees. No labour or inconvenience cost may be included in any claims. WILFORD SHOES Limited will execute fair judgment on determining the cause of defect in all defect claims; judgment result made by WILFORD SHOES Limited will be final.



WILFORD SHOES Limited reserves the right to terminate any account that does not meet the above and below conditions, the conditions listed on WILFORD SHOES Limited Terms and conditions.


Title of Ownership

All parts shall remain the property of WILFORD SHOES Limited until paid for in Full.

Customers agree to maintain confidential and protect any information furnished by WILFORD SHOES Limited and will not distribute these information to other company.

We distribute our hard copy catalogue through postage. On our web site you will find the latest product and pricing information.
