Shipping Policy

Our aim is to provide a wide selection of Shoes and Handbags products 24 hours-a-day. We will make every attempt to ship your order in the same day the order is placed. Our normal order processing time is same day. Delays may occur under circumstances beyond our control. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.


We understand that you as customers have your own deadlines to meet, and we will try our best to meet those deadlines. However, due to the high turnover rate of the products, there are times when deadlines just could not be met. We apologize in advance for such inconvenience. Please make sure you place your order well in advance so that the chances for missing the deadlines are minimal.


Our products are shipped for Next Working Day Delivery. WILFORD SHOES carriage charges are equal to Shipping companies Carriage costs based on the Volumetric Weight of the item(s) ordered. If your shipping charge shows 0 for your order, it means your order shipping charges will be calculated at a later time. We will contact you by email/phone to notify you of the exact shipping charge before processing your order.


Shipments that are Refused or Undeliverable will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%, in addition to applicable shipping and transaction fees. Furthermore, any shipments returned "REFUSED" for any reason will be permanently dropped from our customer list and no further shipments will be made. WILFORD SHOES Limited does not ship to PO addresses.


International Customers – WILFORD SHOES Limited ships worldwide therefore international orders are welcome.
