DELIVERY - The shipping cost is determined by the carton size, weight and the shipping location.

We Deliver through Reputed Shipping companies on a Next Working Day Delivery Service  for UK Mainland. Therefore 95% of the Orders are Delivered NEXT WORKING DAY to our Customers if the orders are placed before 2pm.

We ship International orders as well. The shipping methods for International orders will be depend on your shipping location(Country/Province).

To UK Mainland : Minimum charges for Next Working Day Delivery are  £8.99 for upto 20 kgs (Volumetric Weight) 

Estimated calculations: 

If the order is 3 or more Cartons of Ladies Shoes and Sandals it approximately works out to be £3.00* per Carton and If the order is 3 or more Cartons of Ladies Boots or Men Shoes it approximately works out to be £4.00* per Carton

To International : We use efficient and cost effective shipping companies depending on the volume of your orders.

Due to complexity and high cost of implementing the drop-ship program we do not offer the drop-ship program to our customers. 

We will try our best to meet our customer’s deadlines. However, due to the high demand on our products, there are times when we cannot meet deadlines. We suggest to place your order in advance so that the chances for missing the deadlines are minimal. Please note that does not guarantee to meet any deadlines. We cannot accept order cancellations due to this issue.

RETURNS - will replace a product or issue a store credit to the customers if the product is delivered with one of these 2 conditions.

Wrong product - If you received a wrong product due to our shipping mistake, please notify us within  1-2 working days and we will arrange for you to return the incorrect product (at our expense) and we will ship you the correct product or issue store credit (including shipping charges).

Defective Product - If you received a defective product, please notify us within 1-2 working days and we will assign a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for you to return the product (at our expense) back to us. After we have examined and confirmed the defective product we will ship out a replacement to you right away.

Procedure to file for Returns: 
If your products meet one of the conditions above, you have 2 working days after you have received your merchandise to file for a return. 
You can request a RMA number by sending an email to or fill in our        Online Case Form with the following information: 
Your name 
Your phone number 
Your billing address 
Your e-mail address 
Your original order number 
Reasons for returning the item 
After you have received your return authorization number please include a copy of your invoice and your RMA number. Please also write the RMA NUMBER on the outside of the packaging. 

NO Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Any refused shipment sent back to does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. The customer will have to make arrangements with to receive the refused shipment again.
  • Any returned shipment without the proper RMA# does not constitute the right to a refund or credit and will be refused by
  • No returns will be accepted after 14 days of delivery, regardless of reasons.
  • We will not accept returns aside from wrong or defective products. We will not accept returns if you do not like the looks or quality of the products.
  • Any unauthorized returns that are submitted that is not considered either to be a defect or incorrect style shipped, will be charged a restocking fee of 15% and the return shipping costs will be our customer’s responsibility. In this situation we will not refund shipping costs.
